Samsul Wahyudi obtained his Bachelor of Law degree (S.H) from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta in 2010.

After graduating from college, Samsul Wahyudi joined the Nindyo & Associates Law Firm for almost 7 years and obtained a license as a lawyer under PERADI Bar Association in 2015. While working as a lawyer, he has experience handling mineral and coal mining, general meeting of shareholders, good corporate governance, intellectual property rights, liquidation, acquisition, general corporate, and capital market transactions. In addition, he is also experienced in conducting legal due diligence and legal opinions. His experience in the mining sector was gained when he was asked to handle one of the clients, namely PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk, a state-owned company engaged in the coal mining sector. To support his knowledge of mining, he took part in an intensive mining law course held by the Energy & Mining Law Institute.

In 2017, Samsul Wahyudi decided to leave Nindyo & Associates Law Firm and join Bank Mega with position as Trustee Processing Assistant Relationship Manager. A Trustee is a representative of bondholders who is licensed by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). While working as a Trustee, he has handling the issuance of bonds from several issuers including PT Waskita Karya (Persero), PT Garuda Food Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk.

In 2019, Samsul Wahyudi decided to leave the Trusteeship of PT Bank Mega Tbk and join PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) with position as Staff Legal. IMIP is a company engaged in nickel mining and is the largest nickel mining company in Indonesia. While working at IMIP, he handled Nickel Sales and Purchase Agreements, Industrial Relations Issues, tax problems and other legal issues.

In 2020, he decided to return to being a lawyer and joined the TKNP Law Firm with position as Senior Associates. While working at TKNP Law Firm, he handled all legal problem at PT Ambang Barito Nusapersada is a port business entity that has obtained a concession from the Banjarmasin Class I Harbor Master and Port Authority Office, Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Apart from that, he has handled the arbitration application of PT Indocoal Pratama Jaya at the Indonesian Arbitration Board in Jakarta and handled several litigation cases in the Court.
