Taufiq Akbar Kadir is the head of corporate and business division in PTLP Law Corporation, and also leads the management of the law firm. He is an Advocate/Lawyer who graduated from the Faculty of Law, the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) Yogyakarta and his Master’s in Law at the University of Indonesia (UI). Taufiq has experience handling general corporate legal, natural gas business sector  such as  management cooperation from Petronas Carigali Ketapang II Limited (PCK2L) between PT Petrogas Jatim Utama and PT Trimitra Bayany, Taufiq also successfully handled cooperation in river channel investment agreement for twenty years with an investment value of IDR 1.2 Trillion between Adaro Logistic (Adaro Group) and PT Ambang Barito Nusapersada (Pelindo Subsidiary). Apart from that  Taufiq has experience in handling cooperation in the mining sectors such as Charoen Phokpand Thailand investment through its subsidiary PT Ocean Metalindo and PT tuhup Coal Mining in mining sector  located in Tuhup Central Kalimantan.
